The rural house Marqués de Valdeolivo is a stately Renaissance building with an ashlar façade, a large semicircular arch on which the coat of arms is preserved, windows with sills and double carved wooden eaves, located in Tronchón.
Both the first floor and the second floor have access to the patios at the back of the property. They border the old city wall and have a total area of approximately 170 meters. One of them has a barbecue.
The composition of each plant is as follows:
First floor: Entrance hall, storage room, storeroom, utility room and bathroom with toilet, bathtub and sink. In this bathroom there is also a washing machine and a laundry room.
Second floor: Dining room, kitchen, pantry and living room with two bedrooms as alcoves, one double and one single. Given their proximity, these rooms will be served by the bathroom located on the first floor.
Second floor: Living room, a double bedroom, an alcove with two beds and a bathroom with toilet, bathtub and sink.
Third floor or first floor: Developed on two levels and with a sloping roof. On the lower level, a bedroom with two beds and sitting area, and a bathroom with toilet, bathtub and sink. The upper level, connected by a four-step staircase, is occupied by the master bedroom.
All the installations are new, as well as the tile roof, which has been entirely replaced with recycled materials. In the rehabilitation, all the architectural elements worthy of conservation have been respected and materials in keeping with the environment have been used.
Casa Marqués Valdeolivo also has heating by electric radiators, accumulators, fireplace, two auxiliary wood stoves, automatic washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, portable TV, plasma TV and home cinema.
