What does it consist of?

Maestrazgo, paisaje de música (landscape of music) is a project that was created with the aim of highlighting the cultural and landscape heritage of the region. It allows local residents and visitors to the area to learn more about their surroundings while enjoying live music.

Before the concert, an interpretation of the landscape and the surrounding environment takes place. Afterwards, the only thing left to do is to enjoy good music in incomparable surroundings.

In 2024 the concerts were held in Tronchón on September 28 and in the old town of Santolea on October 6.

In this fourth edition of Maestrazgo, a landscape of music, the first concert was held on September 28, 2024. At 18:00 the concert with the group ‘Meninas’, using historical instruments, took place. Before the concert, at 17:00The attendees were able to visit the hermitage of Tremedal. A real privilege to enjoy this music in the landscape of Tronchón.

In Santolea it was held on October 6, 2024. From 11:00 a 12:00 members of the Santolea Viva Association told the attendees about the village and the surroundings of the municipality. At 12:00 the group Trumpet & Strings delighted us with a concert consisting of trumpet, violin, viola and cello from Baroque to Spanish Folklore. A real spectacle in front of the landscapes of Maestrazgo.
