The town hall of Villarroya de los Pinares is framed within the compositional system of the consistorial building of the XVI century comparable for example to the town hall of Mirambel. It has a ground floor with wide arches on cylindrical shafts and a single story with three linteled windows, all topped by a wooden eave. At the back a round arch communicates the market with a street, it is one of the portals of the disappeared walled enclosure. It was built at the end of the 17th century.
