Having a headlamp allows you to keep your hands free and direct the light where your eyes want to look with a single movement. <br>\n- Trekking poles. Their main use is to help us save energy on long treks. But they are also highly recommended in this type of outings, as they will give us security in areas that we do not see well or that are full of loose rock or roots.    <br>\n- GPS watch.
