Casal de Nicolás is a building with 6 rental apartments of 50 m² that can accommodate up to 6 people. One of them is specially designed for people with reduced mobility.

The apartments include:

• Living room with DVD TV and sofa bed.
• Open kitchen with refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
• Bedroom with double bed, or 2 or 3 singles, with bed linen, closet and TV.
• Bathroom with hydromassage shower.

The building also has an area with capacity for up to 26 people. Also included are air conditioning, free wifi access, a DVD movie catalog, take-out meals and lunches, laundry and cleaning services, and outdoor parking and bicycle storage.
