In the summer of 2015 Isabel Segura and Carmelo López embarked on an adventure they had been planning for a long time. For more than two years, they traveled around Africa on bicycles, showing films using a system that was activated by the pedaling of the spectators and which allowed them to organize film sessions even in places where there was no electricity.

During their trip they recorded their experiences with three small video cameras. Africa in Cinecicleta’ is the final result of all these recordings. A documentary produced by TCM from the images captured by Isabel and Carmelo during those two years.

Now we will be able to see it projected in the same way as they did in Africa.
